Why does my game keep crashing / freezing / lagging?
Ensure that the game is updated and your software system is updated to the latest available version. Make sure your device meets our minimum system requirements. Check also that you have at least 1 GB of free memory on the device.
If you’re already on the most up-to-date version of your game and operative system, or once you’ve updated them, and crashing / freezing / lagging still happens, we can perform the following actions:
- Force closing your apps: Depending on your device’s make and model, there’s a different way of doing this. You can either clear your device’s memory or through the application manager in your device’s settings.
- Restarting your device: Again, it all comes down to the make and model of your device.
- Checking the storage on your device: Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 1 GB free.
- Reinstalling the game: If the previous steps haven't worked, contact us!
