Account Deletion

iOS Devices 

We are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our players. So, the "Delete account" button was added for players on iOS devices to provide them with options to exercise their rights in relation to their personal information, specifically, the right to request that we delete any personal information about them, such as by changing the applicable information found in their Plarium account.

The "Delete account" button is available only on iOS devices. By pressing the button, you can create a ticket with a request to delete your personal information.

Note: the deletion process does not start until you are verified as the account holder. After verifying you as the account holder, we will permanently delete or anonymize all your data. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• account information 
• all game progress 
• any purchase history 
• any virtual items you may have earned or are unspent 
• any other data associated with your account.

Some information isn't stored in your account (for example, your messaging history). This means that other players may still have access to messages you sent after your account has been deleted.

As a result of the said action, the account will be permanently deleted. The account and the content recorded under it will no longer be accessible. The account name becomes available to anyone else to use on a new account.

How to use the "Delete account" button?

To create an account deletion request using the "Delete account" button, please: 

1. Open the game and tap the gears icon in the top right to open Settings 
2. Tap the "Delete account" button 
3. Tap "Continue" to confirm your decision 
4. Fill in the account deletion form 

Non-iOS Devices 

On non-iOS devices, a player can exercise their privacy rights by sending an email with a corresponding request to privacy.support@plarium.com.
