Undersea Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to prize promotions (“Promotion”) held on the Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks official support website (https://undersea-tripeaks.helpscoutdocs.com/) and presented on the Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/UnderseaSolitaireTripeaks/). Participation in the Promotion means the Entrant's understanding, full and unconditional consent, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

1. PROMOTION. The Promotion means any giveaway, contest, or other activity, for participation in which players receive in-game currency ("Prize").
2. SPONSOR. The Promotion is sponsored by Plarium Global Ltd., 2 Abba Eban Blvd, 4672520 Herzliya Pituach, Israel ("Plarium").
3. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A Promotion is considered void wherever prohibited by law.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a Promotion. In-game purchases are available.
5. PROMOTION PERIOD AND DETAILS. The requirements of various Promotions may differ. The specific period and details of the Promotion, including the Promotion description, entry procedures, dates and time limits, method of selecting and announcing the winners, Prize description, will be available in a post published by Plarium on the official Undersea Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/UnderseaSolitaireTripeaks (the "Promotion Post").
6. ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to all players of Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks who have fulfilled all the relevant requirements as detailed in the Promotion Post and who are not prohibited by applicable laws to enter into the Promotion.
7. ENTRY. To become an Entrant in the Promotion, you need to have a Facebook account linked to your in-game account. If you don't have a Facebook account yet, please create one following the Facebook instructions. Note that you must agree to follow Facebook's Terms of Service in order to create an account. An Entrant must be a legal owner of the account. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the winner, the individual in whose name the Facebook account was created will be considered the winner. You don't have to be a subscriber to Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks official Facebook page, but to participate in the Promotion, you will need to visit our official Undersea Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/UnderseaSolitaireTripeaks and fulfill the Promotion requirements under the Promotion post during the Promotion Period.
8. PRIZE. There will be three (3) prizes (collectively "Prizes") available to winners, each representing in-game currency in Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks. In-game currency has no real currency value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and can only be used in Plarium games. The in-game currency that the winner receives as a Prize is a one-time reward that will be added to the game account that was provided by the winner [through a direct Facebook message.
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. A random drawing will be held by Plarium among all Entrants who have fulfilled the conditions of a particular Promotion. Winners will be rewarded with the Prize and notified via direct messages on Facebook by Plarium.
10. ONE ENTRY PERMITTED. Only one entry is permitted per Entrant per Promotion. Any attempt by the Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple accounts, identities, or any other method or attempt to circumvent the rules will void that Entrant’s entries.
11. DISQUALIFICATION. Plarium may disqualify an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or from winning a Prize if, at its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deceiving, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrants or Plarium. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, fire, flood, a natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, an act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, an order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Plarium which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Plarium reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Promotion and to select a potential winner from among all eligible entries received by Promotion up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. By entering the Promotion, winners and entrants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium and their subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, or telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof by the reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium’s sole control.

13. DISCLAIMER. Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook in any way.
