My game is not loading. What to do?


The ways to tackle this problem are different for Android and iOS users – follow the recommendations relevant to your device.

Android

Uninstall and then reinstall the game. If possible, install the game on an SD card rather than on your device's internal memory. We also recommend that you delete any unnecessary apps to free up space.

iOS

First, restart your iOS device. If that does not solve the problem, your device may be low on memory. To free up memory, delete unnecessary apps.

If you are unable to delete any apps, clear the cache of Safari by following these steps:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Find and tap Safari
  3. Swipe down and tap Clear History and Website Data, then tap it again to confirm.

If the problem persists, clear the cache of Undersea by following these steps:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select General and then tap iPhone Storage
  3. Select the Undersea app and tap Offload App.
