I don't see my friends in the game. What should I do?
Try the following:
• Check that you are connected to the internet and that the connection is stable
• Make sure the game is connected to Facebook
• Reboot your device
• Go to the game settings and disconnect from Facebook. Close and reopen the game, and reconnect to Facebook
If connecting through the app doesn’t work, try the following:
1. Open your Facebook page in a browser of your choice
2. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites > Logged in using Facebook > Undersea Solitaire Tripeaks
3. Check that the Friends list is active
4. Reboot your device and relaunch the game
If the Friend list for the game is not active, its access period has probably expired. Renew it by:
1. Going to Settings > Apps and websites > Logged in with Facebook > Expired
2. Select the game and tap Renew Access
If the issue is still not resolved, try deleting the game from the list of apps logged in with Facebook by:
1. Going to Settings > Apps and websites > Logged in with Facebook > Active
2. Select the checkbox for the game and tap Remove
3. Reboot your device
4. Relaunch the game and reconnect to Facebook in the in-game Settings
